search for online professionals who you know are already on ki work then invite them directly
set a unique invite url
set up your own url to send to people via email or IM - by clicking it they'll automatically join your network
invite people by email
do it the old-fashioned way, and add new contacts by sending out invites by email
invite your webmail contacts
invite contacts en masse by selecting relevant people from any webmail services you use
